- At DigitalRebelsPro.com, we prioritize the safety and confidentiality of all customer-related information, together with but now no longer confined to login credentials, website access, cPanel information, and any sensitive records shared through the path of our work.
- Our team members, contractors, and associate businesses also are dedicated to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding client records. In the event of any breach of this coverage through a third-party partner or agency, they will be held completely responsible for the violation.
- This NDA stays valid for as much as 24 hours after the completion of the project or the official end of the client's contract. Beyond this period, the obligation for all records, website access, and credentials shifts completely to the customer. DigitalRebelsPro.com will no longer be responsible for any claims, issues, or legal issues raised after this very last 24-hour window.
- We do not share, distribute, or disclose customer records to any third parties or other clients. Each client's data is handled with care and treated independently to ensure maximum protection.
- We hold full discretion regarding the identity of our customers and the information of any agreements made with them. No information is sold, misused, or publicly disclosed under any circumstances.
- In cases in which a customer has no longer finished their payment for services such as SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Google Ads, Content Writing & Web Development (whether or not one-time, monthly, or annual), DigitalRebelsPro.com no longer counts on responsibility for any records loss or project delays. Any consequences arising from non-payment are the client's full responsibility, and no claims will be entertained under such conditions.
